FAQ's

I want a specific style or color but I don't see it here.  Can I place a request order?
If you have a request, please email us at fauxfashion@yahoo.com  and we'll see what we can find for you.

Do you offer a wholesale program?
Yes, we offer a wholesale program. Order a minimum of 10 items per order and receive a 25% discount, 30% off on orders of 20 items or more (e-mail us with your order).  Wholesale orders are non-refundable, we will however offer exchanges on items you are not fully satisfied with.

Do you accept personal checks or money orders?
Yes, we do, e-mail us for all the details.  Your order will not be shipped until your check has been cashed or after we have received your money order.

How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground within 3-5 business days from the day you order unless your item is out of stock. All UPS Packages are traceable to insure your package's arrival. We do this to insure that  you receive your order and to protect us from fraudulent transactions. There will be an additional charge for international orders (see our shipping page). 

How long does it take to get my order?
Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 days of your order.  However, we occasionally run out of stock in which case you will be refunded or we will e-mail to let you know when the item will be in stock. Once an order is shipped, UPS Ground generally takes 2-5 days.  If you need your merchandise sooner, visit our shipping page for expedited options.

How do I return my purchase if I don't want it?
All merchandise must be returned within 7 days with all tags attached. Refunds will be based on sellers discretion as to the condition of the item. NO REFUNDS ON  WHOLESALE ORDERS OR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Make sure to send your package in a traceable manner; we are not responsible for packages lost in the mail. Also be sure to include a copy of your receipt or order information.

OCCASIONALLY a purse will come into stock a little different then what is pictured online. Due to the type of products we carry we do our best to get in exactly what is pictured but sometimes we can't. Most times we will ship the replacement if it's close; if it is obviously different then we will contact you.
